Climate - Thailand

The best time to travel is between November and February as the weather is glorious with out being over-bearing. Between the months March and May the weather can become very hot. Monsoon season starts around June through to October.

British citizens require a valid passport and a return ticket (return within 30 days). A Visa is not required for your holiday to Thailand.

Vaccinations

Vaccination against typhoid and cholera is advised, although not required, when travelling to Thailand. And while Malaria is not a risk in cities and main tourist resorts, it is essential if travelling to more remote regions, rural and forrested areas.

Food Safety

Due to food and water-borne diseasestry to use only bottled or boiled water for drinking, brushing teeth or washing food. If bought unpasteurised milk should also be boiled, powdered milk is safe when using water as stated above. Make sure meat and fish have been well cooked and are served hot. Avoid raw vegetables and unpeeled fruit.
